Blok builders did the addition on our lake house 12 years ago and continue to do home maintenance and repairs for us today. They are doing a minor kitchen remodel and more right now. We highly recommend this company. They respond quickly and do amazing work. They are perfectionists.

Wow, what team! True craftsmen!! Very professional and thorough. They took on a very tricky exterior/interior repair project on our custom midcentury modern house that multiple other contractors had turned down and they knocked it out of the park! I only wish we had used them for all of our renovation projects on the house. With renovations, "you get what you pay for" and Blok Builders' exceptional quality and professionalism are worth every penny!

My only regret is that we did not use Blok for every project. The work they did to upgrade our decks was fantastic. We had five wood decks on our home that were original to the 1995 build date. They were showing some wear and were starting to sag and have soft spots. We brought in Blok, and it was one of the best decisions ever. They rebuilt the underlying structure where it had rotted and did not meet the current building codes for safety. Meaning the decks were not securely attached to the house. They also leveled up our raised three-season porch. Where we had discovered the footings had totally crumbled and had been “jimmied” to keep the room close to level. At our direction th...
